Muzak

One of the things that's taking the longest to get used to in my new office is that Muzak is being played. This is not a retail atmosphere or even a customer environment. Is this normal to have music played in an office setting? It's not loud, I think I might just sit under a speaker or something.

It's set on the Hot FM station in case you're wondering. How do I know this? Well, I was curious about a song that was playing so I scrolled though the channel listings on their website trying to find the song. Every now and then I'll hear a good song I might not know. This might not be a good thing for my wallet, but iTunes will probably like me more!
