
It's a smaller version of a classic chef's knife; it's 6 inches instead of 8 and it's so wonderful for those of us with smaller hands. I love how it handles and got lots of time to break it in and get used to it on Saturday when we had some friends over for dinner.
Here's the menu:
Bourbon and Maple poached Salmon
Mushroom Risotto
Lemon and Tarragon carrots
Caprese Salad (our friends brought this)
Garlic cheese biscuits
Nutella marble cake with strawberries and whipped cream
Oh, and I made ceviche which had lots of chopping as well! We ate very well this weekend!
