Recently I created a life list that I want to complete before hitting the big 4-0. I thought I'd share with you all when I complete something on this list.
16) Take a beginners Yoga workshop.
I took a beginner's workshop not long ago and I think it's truly helped me with my form. It was a tough class since it was two hours long, but it makes me more aware of how I use my body to practice yoga.
I also purchased a ten class pass that ended up being $8 per class, much better than $12 per class. Also, this helps me to go even when I want to be lazy. Because I hate wasting money.
And, while I haven't felt like I "know what I'm doing" just yet, I do feel a tad bit stronger each session. Now, if only the light-headedness and waves of nausea would go away...
Do you practice yoga or hot yoga? Any tips or tricks I need to know?

Way to go, Sara! I've been considering yoga...but that means trying to leave the office before 10 PM each night. :-)
This is a great list and good for you on your yoga accomplishments! I need to do a "before 40" list too. But I only have 4 yrs since I just turned 36. Eeeeek!
