'I wish' .... I was fluent in another language in addition to English, and it would be Spanish!
I've wanted to lean Spanish for a very long time. I took an entry level class this past winter and couldn't do the follow up due to being out of town so much. But, I really would like to pick back up again.
I used to be fluent in French and was a French minor, but it's true when people say, "you either use it or lose it." I would never try to converse in French with someone now.

Oh, me too! Spanish would come in handy time and again as a nurse, so I would choose that hands down :-)
Oh, but you'd be surprised how quickly it comes back once you DO start to use it again! I bet if you took a conversational French class you'd start remembering so much. And then you'd have to for sure brush up on your vocab. That's how I am with Spanish, though I usually fall back on my Portuguese when I can't remember a word.
I took Italian all through college and studied aborad for 5 months in Florence.. I lived w/ an Italian only speaking family! I wish I was still as good with the language now... It's amazing how quickly you lose it when you're not speaking!
