Sunshine in a Bottle

Last week I asked you what kind of self tanner you all use and recommend. I got a few different answers and decided to go peruse the shelves to check them out.

Only problem was, I couldn't find the formulas you all mentioned. Or, I should say I couldn't find them in the fair skin tone range, only deep. And, if I know anything it's that I have very fair skin.
So, not being able to find what you all had recommended I decided to try a brand I had tried years ago and had pretty good results with, but in the method you all suggested.

I tried this:
and this for my legs:I really, really like them both! I got a nice golden color that wasn't too brown for my fair skin tones. And, I'm really pale. Just thought I would share since I know I'm not the only scary-white girl out there...

I am so glad you like them! I forgot to mention that I could only find the fair (which I need also) at Ulta. I couldn't find it at Target, the grocery store, the drug store, etc. I am glad you found something that you like. It is funny that you mentioned Jergens b/c a paralegal here just mentioned that is what she uses.

I've been wanting to try them too. I am also very fair and will not wear a dress without getting spray tanned which is way too expensive so I rarely do it. My question is, How many times did you need to apply it before it was noticeable? Was it streaky at all? What do you do about applying in to the back of your body?
