Great wish list! Question though, didn't you have a bridal shower? Good knives are a must on a registry and so is that pasta pot. I'll tell you something though, my Santoku knife I use every day. I love it. I have an all clad set and I have that pasta pot. I use it only a couple of times a year. It's just soo big. You should put a le creuset on there if you don't already have one.
I need to add that first knife to my Wuftof collection - I'm not loving my "go to" knife that much anymore.
This is a great list! Wish you were near by so you could give me some cooking lessons.
