I must get back on the Weight Watchers train. I’ve been feeling a bit squeezed into my pants as of late and finally worked up the motivation to go to the gym Thursday night. While there I decided it needed to be done. Stepping on the official doctor scale. (Our scale at home is a bit off.) OMG! The results were not good.
So, I came home, logged on and reset my starting weight and weigh in days and entered my points for the day. I think it’s also time to give the whole “no alcohol” trick a try. I’ve heard pf women giving up "real" beverages for a month and just dropping like ten pounds. Is this true? Can it really happen? I do know this, I have got to get back to an exercise routine. Thing is, it’s still so damn hot and I hate sweating. I sweat like a glass of iced tea on a porch. Not a pretty site, I assure you. Sigh…

I've heard that about cutting out alcohol too. One of my mom's friends did it for lent and was surprised by how much weight she lost so she decided to cut back altogether!
