I think we've spent enough time together and I'd really like to part ways now. You've been a part of my life since I was fifteen and I've learned a lot from you. You've taught me that I have a much higher tolerance for pain than I would have taken credit for. (I mean, I never would have thought myself capable of giving myself an injection!) You've made me ask for help, something that isn't easy for me, and taught me discipline.
But I've come to the conclusion that enough is enough! You take up too much of my time. You interfere with things I enjoy doing and you have the tendency to completely monopolize my weekends. My husband doesn't understand you and frankly it's hard to explain the effect you have on me. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to articulate your complete disregard for anything we had planned and your ability to ruin said plans without warning. It's just not a mutually beneficial relationship and I think it's time for it to end. And, for these reasons I think we just aren't good for each other.
So, like almost every relationship, has its natural course, I've decided it's time for ours to end. Nothing personal.
Hoping you'll move on,
Sara

Feel better!
Aww feel better friend!!
I planned a graduation reception and graduation dinner this weekend. What kinds of events do you do?
Oh you poor thing! My mom has had migraines for as long as I remember and I get them too, occasionally. They really can screw up your whole day. My mom started taking a couple Tbs of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) a day and has been taking magnesium pills too and she has noticed a HUGE difference. Apparently the ACV helps to reduce inflammation. She found a lot of remedies on www.earthclinic.com. Hope you feel better!
I get migraines something terrible and had two REALLY bad ones my first trimester. My doctor put me on one baby aspirin a day I haven't had one since. It's worked so far for me and definitely worth a try.
