Catching Up...

I haven't disappeared, I promise! I've been enjoying evenings with the husband. We've also been busy going to movies. We're hosting an Oscar Party and need to make sure we're up on all the nominations. We've seen the Best Picture nominations and are working on the other categories. It's quite a task! We did get a break on the ticket costs when we were watching Benjamin Button and it stopped twice. We each got two passes to come back! Cha-ching! We've used them already, believe me.

On another note, I had dinner tonight with my old team from my old company. Such great women, all of them. We've decided we should get together at least twice a year for dinner and catching up. I know I'll miss these ladies more than the work. 

Tomorrow I am in day one of my career counseling workshop and I'm hoping it's interesting. It's one of those all day in a hotel kind of seminars and I'm praying it's not a freezing cold room. And, I need to remember to pack some snacks.
