'I wish' .... I had the opportunity to change careers and it would be a cooking school instructor!
I'm hoping I will get to realize this dream when I begin culinary school in September. I love food. Everything about it. Well, not the make you gain weight part. But all the rest, I love.
I cannot wait! Now, I just need to get off my butt and send in my application!
