Wish granted...

My husband granted a wish this weekend... he got us a new dishwasher! I know, it might seem boring and way too practical to be wish-worthy, but I really had to do some campaigning for a new one. And he made his wife happy by getting a new one. We don't actually get it until next weekend, but at least I can look forward to a new one coming very soon. 

On another note we had a great time Friday night with our friends who came over for dinner. I have to say I put out quite the spread and everyone enjoyed it a lot! We ate so much and had great wine. My friend made this really yummy dessert that I'll have to share with you all when I get the recipe. It sounds so easy and it was delish! Hope everyone has a very happy Monday; I'll be writing the resume a bit more to tweak it for another lead I might have. Wish me luck!
