snow day (sort of)

So, as any of you who live in North Texas know, we had an ice storm last night. My husband was home this morning and went to work this afternoon. I, however, have only really showered and gotten dressed. I could be getting something done, but I have this list I want to get accomplished and I just don't feel like going out in the cold. I feel like I'm being lazy, but really I think it's okay. 

On another note... I made homemade lasagna for dinner last night and it was so yummy! But, them my husband said, "you're not cooking tomorrow night are you?" Well, I did have a menu planned but I don't have to follow it do I? So, tonight we're having leftover soup from Monday night along with salad and garlic bread. Good enough for a cold night. Hope everyone is nice and warm!

Well, I was going to post some pictures of the dogs since they were very cute today, but I couldn't get them to load. Boo...
