Remember me telling you all about this amazing shower at the Royal Palms in Phoenix? Well, let me just say that if you every have the chance, spend a night or two at this hotel. It's ah-mazing!
Here's what we were working with before:
A tiny little stall shower that was a bit treacherous of you wanted to have your legs. And, you see that window with the weird, empty nook? It served no purpose at all. Also, I hated the wallpaper. It was time for it to go.
So, here's the after:
Now, you walk in and turn a corner to shower. There's a nice bench along one side that is perfect for shaving )and will likely come in handy when I'm as big as a whale!). And, the rain shower head was a very nice bonus find at a Lowe's one day. Love it.
We don't really need the shower curtain when it's warmer out, but in the winter I found that it got a bit drafty. (Please forgive the clutter in the shower; I've been trying to use up a bunch of things. And, the husband's items get sent down to the shelf since he buys huge bottles.)
So, that's our (partial) bathroom remodel. There's still more to do like replacing the bath tub and painting the cabinets, but who knows when that will happen now.
