Well, it's Friday, so I think I'll let you know about a few things making me happy (and hopefully a bit more beautiful) this week.
John Masters Organics Lip Calm - I found this at Whole Foods while we were in Austin last weekend. It is fabulous! So smooth and not tinted so I can let my husband use it as well. Kind of pricey, but I think it's worth it if it keep my lips smooth.
Philosophy Booster Caps - I watched an episode of Dr. Oz on aging and he mentioned that women I their 30s should add retinol to the regimens. So, I started looking around for some and I liked the idea of this since I could use it with my current skin care line. I've begun by using it every other night since I have sensitive skin and so far I've been pleased.
Aveda Balancing Infusion for Dry Skin - This stuff is Ah-mazing! I've mentioned here before that I have very dry scalp and my stylist has confirmed it's not dandruff. In fact, anti-dandruff shampoos have always made it worse. SO, my stylist suggested using a drop of this with my conditioner. And, literally a drop will do it. It has made SUCH a difference in the condition of my scalp and thus my comfort during the day. Also, it's so nice to be able to wear black!

Ohh I need a new lip balm! My lips have been so dry lately. I know it will only get worse as it cools down.
Good to know about the Aveda product...I love their line.
Nice products! I've been thinking about adding retinol to my skincare regime - thanks for the tip!
I've been considering retinol too. I'm definitely going to check out those capsules. Thanks for the product recs!
last few days our group held a similar discussion on this subject and you show something we have not covered yet, appreciate that.

I should probably do retinol too. Thanks for this recommendation. Also, I have dry scalp too and it's worse in the winter so I need to pick up some of that Aveda stuff for sure.
