I've been so busy lately that I feel like I've got nothing to write about. Which is probably the opposite of the truth, but you know how it is...
So, I've seen these questions (and others) going around and I thought I'd answer a few for you.
1. What was the last movie you watched? Julie and Julia for admittedly the twentieth time. I think it’s going to be my new Pretty Woman. In that, I can watch it over and over. Of course, the Julia scenes are my favorite.
2. What do you wish you spent less money on? My car. Our cars. It’s just transportation. I like my car and I’m glad I bought it, but I really wish cars weren’t so expensive.
3. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? As a chef! I hope to be teaching cooking classes and sharing the wonderful world of food with everyone.
4. What's your favorite non-alcoholic beverage? Coffee. I drink it every day. But, only in the morning. I’ve found it helps my headaches (Migraine and tension) to only have caffeine in the early part of the day.
5. Where was the last vacation you took? Denver. We went for a friend’s wedding and it was a great trip. I only wish it were closer.
6. You're sick at home. Ramen Noodles or Campbell's Soup? Campbell’s soup. I can’t eat ramen noodles anymore because of the MSG.
7. What's your favorite ice cream flavor? Cinnamon from Marble Slab. It’s the best I’ve ever had. I do like lime sherbet though…
8. What's your favorite nail polish color to wear? Well, since I can’t wear nail polish on my hands because of culinary school I’m going to say whatever looks fun on my toes. :)

When you are a chef, I am packing up and coming over to Texas for a week-long cooking intensive! :-) How fun would that be!??!!? :-)
I like the cheesecake flavor from Marble Slab. Yum.... The cinnamon is good too! I was just thinking about the car thing the other day and deciding to get something less expensive next time. My husband just did that too, from a Land Rover (the maintenance was crazy expensive, not to mention the car itself) to a Jeep Liberty.
Cinnamon is my favorite ice cream, too!!! Yay!
