That is food.
I love food. I love cooking it. I love shopping for it. I love eating it. I love reading about it.
And, so, my dear bloggy friends, my husband, who is wonderfully encouraging, and I have decided that the time is right.
The school that I will almost certainly attend is in Fort Worth and it's not a crazy full time program. Which means, I can keep working and saving towards our future. (Which will include me teaching cooking classes. I hope. Oh gosh, do I ever hope.)
Classes begin in 127 days on September 4. So excited! Now, I just need to get enrolled...
