Thinner Thursday

It's working! Something I'm doing must be making a difference. I'm down another 1.9 lbs. this week and it feels so good. I haven't been back to spin class, but I'm thinking about it.

I've done really well with portioning out snacks and meals the night before or right when I get home from the grocery store. It's so shocking to see what a true portion is compared to what we normally eat. As far as working out, I've been so busy I haven't been as much as I'd like to have been , but I am working to make it a priority.

Also, twice this week I've put something on and it's been too loose to wear. I'm starting a small pile of things to take to the tailor. Love it!
