
Thursdays are my weigh-in days for Weight Watchers. So far I've lost 7 pounds and I think I can help my accountability by blogging about it. But, I promise not to post more than once a week.
So, on the plus side I was very honest in my tracking this week. I counted all of my BLTs (bites, licks and tastes) and all of the nibbles I had at the wedding this past weekend. I didn't lose, but I didn't gain, so that's good.
And, I also tried to up the intensity of the workouts I got in. I wasn't too good with the number of times I made it to the gym, but I put in effort when there. I tried a spin class for the first time tonight and Whoo-Boy was it tough! My legs still feel like rubber bands this morning! I'm not sure when I'll go back, maybe in a week (to the spin class, not the gym).

Good on you! That's awesome! And I've never done a spin class myself, but I've seen them in action and whoa. Makes me tired just thinking about it!
