Fudgy Brownies

These brownies always get a huge reaction! They're so easy and delicious. You should make some for your Valentine; they'll love you for it.

Fudgy Brownies

3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder (I use dark chocolate)
3 eggs
3/4 cup butter, salted
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Melt butter gently, careful to not burn or get too hot.

Mix together flour, sugar and cocoa and sift (or whisk) to break up any lumps.

Mix in butter and eggs until just incorporated, careful to not mix too hard. Add in the chocolate chips.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until no longer runny. (The toothpick test doesn't work on this recipe because of the chocolate chips.)

Let cool a bit. Enjoy!

This is really delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. :)

These sound dee-lish, and only 4 points? Me being me, I would probably add frosting which would add how many more points? 8? I am saving the recipe, thanks!!
