Belated Christmas Gift

One of my goals for this year is to spend less money on "personal care" services such as manicures, pedicures, facials and the like. It's not like I spend a lot and my husband is really okay with knowing my "upkeep" (as he calls it) is pricier than his. But, I also know that there are many things I could do myself. I think it's a sign of the times that more women are choosing to do these things at home rather than weekly trips to the salon.

And, seeing as there are certain things I will not ever do myself (anything involving wax), I'm okay with trying to do the rest myself. So, with Christmas money I decided to get a Clarisonic Mia. I've heard really good things about them and thought it could only help my skin.

I'm hoping it arrives soon since my skin has been acting up lately. (Also, if you order from their website directly, they are including a travel bag, normal brush head and full size gentle cleanser as a bonus.)

I will admit that I love a good facial so I have very high hopes for this little gadget. Have you ever used one? Any suggestions?
