Home Improvement. Why does one project inevitably lead to another? While painting the den someone who shall go unnamed
Sleeves. Somehow my arms must have ballooned in the last week because my button up shirts are way too tight on my arms all of a sudden. I do know I don't have skinny arms, but come on, I don't have fat arms. This of course reminds me of tall boots that are always a bit too snug for comfort on my calves. I don't think it's unrealistic to say that I'm a normal (whatever that means) sized woman.
Food. I need my husband to diet with me. Well, he doesn't have to actually diet with me, but stop with the "let's go to get Mexican. Or burgers. Or beer and hot wings. Or beer at all." I mean, I know why my pants are snug and that I need to eat better, but he's not helping! And, all the cute twenty-somethings in JL aren't going to be good for my self esteem.
I think I might just be in a bad mood. In reading over this it sounds very cranky. But, really I am laughing at all of these things because this is how scatter-brained my life has been the past week. I hope to be more cheery later. :)

Oh honey I totally agree with you on the size of shirt sleeve and boots. Designers and clothing companys think everyone is a stick. Sorry but no. I have never nor will I ever have thin calves and I can only get my arms to shrink if I starve myself so that won't happen any time soon.
Husbands are the worst when it comes to dieting. I have to convince mine that it's time to stay in on the weekends so I can be good. He can suffer for a few weeks. Just say no Sara...just say no.
I hope your week gets better. We're having crappy weather here and it's got me all grouchy so I feel ya!! Oh...and I'm not sure how I get the coupons. They just arrive. I think I started getting them after I made my frist purchase at the Coach store here in town.
XOXO
hang in there girl! sometimes i just want to crawl in my bed and never get out! ah!
totally agree about the hubbies..i would kill for their metabolizm!
I'm right there with you on boots! i can never find a pair of knee boots that will fit my calves. It is so annoying!!!
I can never, ever find boots that fit my calves. I think I've officially given up on boots....
Can you try and cook homemade versions of what your hubby wants to go out for? So you can get yummy stuff, but healthier versions of it?
I have the same issue with arms, and my JCrew sweaters seems to shrink in the upper arm area, which only makes it worse.
I am SO on board with you on the home improvement AND the diet thing. Just as soon as I get the right mindset to eat healthy, my husband gets a hair up his ass for some fabulous meal out. And since we rarely go out - I usually say OK. The home improvement? Don't even get me started.
Also, I'm pretty sure that you can't just have overnight weight gain in your arms - that's totally strange. Did you shrink stuff?
