Friday night we went out to dinner (I got to choose for my birthday) and had delicious Italian. Then we took our little party home and made cocktails while attempting to find something on TV.
Saturday we ventured out to Taste Addison. Addison is a suburb of Dallas and I really think they have more restaurants per capita than anywhere else in Texas! We had some great food and got to catch up with some friends. Here's a pic of the husband enjoying one of the must-haves, the honey glazed pork chops.
Sunday we went to church (we ended up at a different church since we overslept and missed our normal time which reinforced that we really like our church). And, I took my mom out for ice cream Sunday night.
Now, I'd really like an extra day to recover. I did not want to get up this morning. Hope you all had a great weekend.
