Random 32

In honor of my thirty second birthday today (Wow, I feel older just typing it) I thought I'd give you 32 things you may not know about me.

32 Random things about me:
1) I recently became Catholic. I've enjoyed the process and the church much more than I thought I would.
2) I have migraines. I've had them since I was about fourteen. Hmm, more than half my life. That stinks.
3) I truly enjoyed the marriage classes much more than the wedding planning last summer.
4) I've always thought I had a boring name. I used to want a more unique name growing up.
5) I love being an aunt. I hope my kids are as cute as my niece and nephew.
6) I love our two dogs. Even thought they couldn't be more different. They both bring us joy in their own ways.
7) I have a rule that we won't ever have more pets than people.
8) Every time a flight I'm on takes off I say a prayer. I always have and likely always will.
9) I hardly ever tuck things in. I think it makes my hips look wider.
10) Following that, I hardly ever wear prints, I seem to stick to solids. Not sure why, just always have.
11) Oh, and I hardly ever wear shorts. Although I've been wearing skirts more lately.
12) I really want a pair of Cole Haan Air pumps, but can't justify spending $300 on a pair of shoes.
13) I don't get designer handbags covered in logos. I just don't get it.
14) I've been on a mission to find the best hand cream and lip balm for as long as I can remember. Still looking...
15) I hate working out - I just do, I think it's because I sweat so much.
16) I've always wanted to live somewhere else. I don't know why, maybe because I've always been here. I'm sure most places are generally the same, but I would still like to say I'm from somewhere.
17) I wish my mom would have more confidence to get out and meet new people. She has so much love to give others.
18) I love to take pictures, but I hate to be in them.
19) I wish I saw my sister and brother more.

21) I wish my dad showed that he cared more about me and our relationship.
22) I feel kind of weird about my dad getting remarried. It's not that I'm not happy for him, it's just weird, that's all.
23) I'm too sensitive and get my feelings hurt easily sometimes.
24) I get disappointed when people don't send me thank you cards.
25) I like having things clean and in their place. I'm a bit OCD like that.
26) I hate clutter. I think it drives my husband nuts that I'm constantly straightening things.
27) I like when my husband holds my hand. I was NEVER a hand holder until we met.
28) I love Target and never shop at Wal-mart. I haven't been to one to shop in I don't know how long.
29) I enjoy washing my car. Not much makes me happier than a really clean car.
30) I miss having a rear window wiper. Why aren't they on all cars?
31) I think getting laid-off was a blessing in disguise. I have a great new job, make more money and I'm closer to home.
32) I KNOW things happen for a reason. And, God is good!
